Tout s'est globalement bien passé, dans l'ensemble. Excellent contact avec le DG et le personnel. Toutefois, les cuisiniers ont absolument besoin d'un recyclage car ils ne réussissent aucun plat, AUCUN ! J'ai même à expliquer à un cuistot comment préparer un carpaccio de boeuf. Mis à part ça et aussi la déconnexion internet durant 24 heures, tout le reste a été positif.

Doesn’t worth the name of best western Never again Often no power available so no AC and no wifi Book a transfer to airport for 11 pm but from 10.30 the hotel driver start to be nervous and ask you when we will have to leave .. 15 minutes to get 16 kwacha change at the check out I strongly suspect that the front desk person were hoping that I will give up on the change and hey will keep it for them Never again !!

Dear Mr. Beeker, Thank you for your review, firstly we would like to express our deepest regret for the inconvenience caused by our staff. And for the power we have a load shedding in Zambia everyday for 8 to 10hrs, and our generator that is big and covering the needs had a failure and we were waiting for the spare part from abroad. And now it has been sorted out and everything is working fine. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service. We guarantee you that such incidents will not occur in the future. sorry again for the inconvenience.

Un hotel qui pourrait tellement progresser !

J'ai choisi cet hotel parce qu'il y avait une piscine. Hélas en travaux. La douche est si basse que je n'ai pu prendre que des douches à genoux. L'eau s'évacuait dans la salle de bain, innondée tous les jours. Le téléphone de la chambre fonctionnait tellement mal, que j'ai du descendre plusieurs fois à la réception pour mes demandes: serviettes (pauvrement fournies), snack, boisson. Aucun jus de fruit ou boisson non gazeuse au restaurant, uniquement des sodas. le dernier jour, plus d'électricité, matinée dans le noir et obligé de descendre 4 étages a pied avec les bagages. Tous ces problèmes ont été reportés au fur et à mesure sans que jamais une solution ne soit proposée. Par exemple pour la douche, dès le premier jour j'ai demandé si il pourrait plus tard me trouver une chambre avec une vraie douche... "oui oui, on va voir" mais rien jusqu'à mon départ. Egalement le petit déjeuner gratuit m'avait été facturé le deuxième jour, j'ai du me plaindre pour obtenir remboursement. Bref, je ne liste même pas tous les problèmes rencontrés (éclairage, pas de charge USB, lumière en panne d'un coté du lit...etc.)
