I did not stay at the hotel and requested for a refund. I have written to Expedia about this but nothing is been done.
I went to the property to check in and was given a room full of dust, with brown water coming from the taps. The water had a strong smell and the tap in the tab bath could not work. I reported the issue to staff and asked if it's possible to get a refund as I could not stay in a room where water was a problem. I was told a refund is not easy & has to be done through Expedia. A male staff mentioned that the room might be like that as it had not been used in a while. I was given another room which was slightly better than the first but again the beddings & towels had yellow stains. I tried to go have a shower & wanted to use the toilet but the toilet had poo in it. I started looking for a different place to stay in on the day but since I had already paid tried nomads court in mass media but again the room was not too nice. Noticed a left over glass of juice. So found an alternative place.

Sam the general Manager is very helpful and goes out of his way to assist you whenever he can.
The staff are very friendly and give you the feeling that they are to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible nothing seems to be to much trouble.
The best of being self catering but with all the facilities that you would get in a hotel ie meals cooked to order plus plus.
The only item that is missing for me was that there was no gym and i am an exercise fanatic.
