I like everything but in our unit wifi was totally unusable

Outdated room and decor. Very dark unit, was told the unit had Mountain View’s, it faces the mountain but we were on a lower level so the view was obstructed by trees.
Kitchen was serviceable, bed comfortable, but will probably find a brighter place with more amenities in the future.

Stained carpeting, tv reception bad, to access pool you had to drive, dining was nonexistent

Overall the stay was average. The views were incredible and the amenities were very nice. If you are easily woken up by noise, I would bring ear plugs. There is little to no sound buffer between the ceiling and the floor. We heard every move the people above us made. It was not enjoyable hearing them at 4am using the bathroom. We could hear them closing cabinets and dropping things on the ground. Our shower door was also broken when we first arrived, a little surprised that wasn’t fixed prior to new guest arrival. The mattresses need to be replaced, they were very lumpy. The staff were responsive to concerns brought towards them. We will likely try a new resort/hotel when we are in town again.

Seamless check in, and clean, quiet room. Loved the balcony with a Mountain View. The only disappointment was no restaurant. We had to go find one. Kind of an inconvenience
