Minor problems

The sink drain in the bathroom was not functional. We just removed it. There was a wet area in front of the refrigerator. Otherwise the property has an outdoor and indoor seating area and the bed and storage space were very nice. Roku access to network tv was hard to figure out. We didn’t see anything we were interested in.

Newish, Clean and mostly quiet (did hear TV next door through the walls a few times). Friendly service. Not much food or shopping in the area, but then again, you didn't want Gatlinburg!

Inconveniences arise when you are understaffed and short of good help. We could not order food in the bar, and we could not order cocktails in the restaurant. Quite a conundrum! Nobody could find decaf for our room which only had one Keurig cup of coffee and only one cup, which the front desk did rectify for us. Overall a great value for the room! Sad casino, only slots.
