The apartment was brand new, great condition, clean, superbly located! We did let the provider know that the central heating (building, not specific to apartment) is off at night which made the place extremely cold between midnight and 6 am....not exactly luxury on that element. Very helpful staff.

Loved the AC! Our room was facing the courtyard so it was peaceful and quiet. It was close to all the attractions we went to as well as the trams, but we just walked everywhere. The bed was actually comfortable for me

No hot water!

I normally am generous with reviews but I can't this time. Our room was close to the train station and the kitchen was well stocked. After checking in things went downhill. There was no hot water for our 3 night stay and no response to 2 SMS and 2 phone calls about it. That is unacceptable. There is no front desk, that's okay, but the phone number on the front of the building doesn't connect. I called the other number for checkin and it worked then but no more response after I found no hot water.

Impecável!! Conseguimos adequar horários de entrada e saída com o administrador Manoel, super confortável e bem montado. Cama muito boa. Sofá cama da sala muito bom também, meu filho ficou bem acomodado. Adorei!!
