We assume that this happened because we were unable to cancel your reservation with a full refund, as we relied on the terms of the rate you chose. But even so, we were able to show our hospitality and favor and agreed for you, as an exception, to use the payment for the accommodation of other guests, your friends. Please verify this by reviewing your WhatsApp messages. We had reason to believe that in this way you would be able to appreciate our flexibility and willingness to meet your needs even in a situation where we do not influence the terms of the cancellation policy. Awesome hotel and location

This place is awesome 10 minute tram from the train station. Centrally located in the old town area. Very nice room. he staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Property managers hasn’t been friendly at all, hotel is listed as a alert friendly however denied the check in with 20lb dog

Dear Kyrylo,Thank you for your recent review. We understand that you booked a room for another guest who arrived with a pointer dog without prior notice.Regrettably, we had to refuse accommodation due to our hotel policy, which only allows small dog breeds up to 5 kg. As stated on the Expedia booking site, "Pets not allowed," "Service animals are allowed," and "Service animals are exempt from fees/restrictions." Please ensure there is no information that the hotel is positioned as a pet-friendly hotel (perhaps think this was meant in the review). We regret that we were unable to inform the guest about our pet policy in advance, as we were not notified that a dog would be accompanying her.Sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Accommodation with pets in hotels is often subject to additional rules, we strongly recommend checking them before arrival.We apologize if our night manager was not sufficiently hospitable, although we checked that she tried to be helpful and supportive, even in a situation where she could not provide accommodation according to the rules.
