Publié le 3 janv. 2023 sur HotelsOne of the worst hotels in Lviv. The front desk tried charging me for my stay that was already prepaid. The room had no Wi-Fi, heat and was very small and bathroom had a horrible odor. There were no toiletries provided. My main concern was WiFi, they mentioned it always worked but it never worked during my stay. I would not stay here again, this hotel felt like it was run in the USSR.

ok room lovely rooftop terrace, staff rude but not a language difference… breakfast area beautiful but not a breakfast to match it….a few simple things would change it….

Stay was very pleasant, b-fast is excellent with many choices. Staff is very carrying and friendly, highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay
Publié le 5 mars 2020 sur HotelsGood place,as in pictures . Only small issue I had was I booked a double bed but get a room with 2 single beds. But I didn't mind too much so I didn't ask them to change it. I was happy with the stay
