Amazing place . Lovely facilities. Unfortunately the receptionist did not speak english and was a bit of a battle to understand each other. The expedia/hotel advertisement clearly says pet allowed . Initially our cat was refused stay as seems to be a cat is not a pet but after the receptionist spoke to the manager We could stay our cat . We had to pay an extra 1000grivnas 2000 grivnas deposit.
Room service was great our waiter Roman did speak english and was very courteous , friendly and professional .

good but terrible Breakfast
Publié le 15 mars 2020 sur Hotelsamazing hotel, great atmosphere, staff are fantastic not near the centre but this is what I wanted however the breakfast was a joke, eggs eggs or eggs and the buffet was tiny, the chef was unable to make any traditional Ukrainian breakfast items for me, and for the price and quality of this hotel a massive let down

Publié le 25 janv. 2019 sur HotelsJust far enough out you’ll want a taxi for transport to the city. I kinda liked that though. Nice view from hotel, quiet area. English speaking staff. I have 0 complaints about my stay here.
