Publié le 21 nov. 2021 sur Hotels4 nuits passées dans cet hôtel qui est tout neuf. Les prestations sont de qualité. Ma chambre était très spacieuse et joliment décorée. Literie et douche au top. Le restaurant situé au dernier étage (8eme) affiche sur superbe vue à 360 degré sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner est complet et traditionnel. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel.

Horrible WiFi

I would give this property a 10 out of ten, if it wasn't for the initial cold reception I received from the front desk staff at check-in and subsequent interactions. Everything I rated about the rooms, comfort, convenience and cleanliness of the hotel were a 10 for me. The food and breakfast buffet were delicious.
When I arrived, as a solo female Canadian traveling during wartime, I would have thought that the staff checking me in would have been friendlier and even offered me a map of Lviv. I felt uncomfortable to the point that I decided to mention this to the Hotel Manager, Andriy. He was very receptive to my comments and listened as well as apologized.
Afterwards, the attitude of the staff did change towards me and I felt more welcomed. It's just a shame I had to point it out.
Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely. And if they don't greet you with a smile, let them know!
After all, this is the hospitality industry.

I really enjoyed staying at Loft 7. The only wish i would like to have iron and iron board inside the room and do not call every time i need to the receptionist to bring it to the room.
