Front desk guy was awesome but he said he was giving me his “best room.”

Overall, the hotel met my needs. Convenient location and comfortable bed. However, my room reeked of marijuana. The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, and I know in general the staff cannot control if people violate that rule until after the fact (by charging them a fee). We found a lighter on top of the A/C unit, so that was missed by the cleaning staff. The room was dated. I did not use the shower, but there was plenty of hot water available from the sink.

Low Needs to be lowered considering what’s offered

The bathtub in the sofa room desperately needs to be reglazed or replaced, and WAS NOT cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly, just quickly wiped with a wet rag!!!

Dirty, nasty, unkept motel
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsBefore entering our room the room next door reeked of marijuana as we walked past, and still smelled the same the following morning. Our room had dirty bedding, staining in ceilings from water damage, dirty shower light, dirty floor with pee stains, empty containers of complimentary bathroom items, broken shower handles, ripped curtains, ripped shower liners, ripped bathtub, breakfast did not have decaf coffee, had to ask for biscuits to go with the provided gravy, hair on breakfast food counter, hair found in my plate, dirt came out of apple juice dispenser into my cup, need I say more??

This property is old and run down. The bathroom door was delaminating, the toilet seat was broken, and the HVAC unit is from the last century. Would NOT recommend.

Condition of the hotel is terrible. The room was as clean as it could be but stains were on the floor, wall, plastic cover on the box spring.
