They put us under a family that apparently had every kid they could find and paid them to stomp and yell all night. The light in our bathroom didn’t work. When I told them they said “oh, you should have requested a room on the top floor”. We will never stay there again. We go to Lynchburg often to see our kid in college. We will just use the Hampton inn as we never had an issue.

It was Great! We plan on staying here again this year. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety Just dont want until the end to come down. There was one day we got up later than usual Still with over an hour left for breakfast. adn they said they werent making any more of the sandwhiches which they only had 1 left when we got there. But other than that staff was great adn the room was by far the best we have ever stayed in. We loved our experience there.

Check in was at 3pm, but our room was not ready as of 3:45, so we left to attend our event and had to check in after our event at 9:30pm. When we initially arrived at 2:45pm, the manager had said it would be about 15 minutes. Then it appeared the manager left as another shift started. There seemed to be other staff standing around not doing anything.

The property is still being built and clearly having some issues. My key stopped working. You had to have the hallway light on for the bathroom light to work. One of the towels had makeup on them and the shower had hair in it. The design of the hotel is also a hot mess.

The people and the property was excellent. Very close to everything. The only downside was that the electric car charging was not available due to it still being installed. However, we were able to use the electric vehicle charger next door at their sister property.
