The staff was amazing, the breakfast was good & ample, rooms clean & comfortable, the area around the property felt safe & was quiet.

This Quality Inn is near the airport and near a Walmart and Target. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a fridge, a microwave, and decent complimentary breakfast in the lobby from 6a-9a. Those are the positives. The motel itself is run down and in a run down part of town. Lots of shuttered businesses. We felt safe, but then we’re the type who are in bed by 10pm. We were told there was a shooting at the Waffle House nearby. If I return to Lynchburg, I’d probably stay in a different part of town, but it was perfect for my needs for a 2-night stay.

The bathroom ceiling had mold. The bathroom tiles were coming off of the walls and floor. The wallpaper was peeling off of the wall. Overall the bathroom/room needed a major overhaul. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
