You get what you pay for

If you are looking for a basic stay with no frills this is your place. It is very basic with no extras. For a quick traveling through over night stay it will probably fit your needs.

Reserved a room with two queen size beds sleeps four. Room was set up like an apartment. Cook top had food stuck on it, linoleum floors filthy. The queen size beds were mattresses on wire cot frames. One towel and one wash cloth in bathroom. Bath mat was dirty. Asked for more towels, they wanted us to exchange a dirty towel for a clean towel. Worst experience in my life. Will NEVER stay there again. Having second thoughts about ever using Expedia again, obviously they don't research the facilities they promote.

I had a great stay and will definitely stay again here. I was greeted by employees with smiles and a nice welcome or can I help you from them. Even getting off the elevator this morning the front desk lady that checked me in was waiting to get on the elevator and asked us if we had a good night. They even forgot to update the last name for Wifi access and called us to let us know of the mistake and it was good to go at that moment. This was great service!

The first week was ok , second week eh

•It was dirty linens in the room •They improperly charged the wrong card twice •for the first day and half I had to be escorted to my room because they couldn’t make room keys

No sheets on bed or towels in bathroom.

I arrived at the hotel after midnight, but had called earlier that day to say I would be arriving quite late. The person on the phone said that wouldn’t be a problem. When I got to my room at 12:30 am there were no sheets, pillows were tossed on the bed. No towels, toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke. I called down to the lobby and was told the housekeeping staff had all quit that day. Once I got the items needed for my room I had a terrible nights sleep as the bed was not at all comfortable.
