Extremely noisy on a main road with constant trucks all day & night. Kitchen & bathrooms not clean. NO hanging space or hangers for clothes in bedrooms. Gardens and lawns not maintained

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.Regarding the noise disturbances from passing trucks, as you are aware the property's location is in a country town surrounded by vineyards and can result in occasional truck activity, particularly during grape harvest season which it was when you stayed. However, we want to clarify that this activity is not continuous throughout the night and day, as you mentioned. In response to your feedback about cleanliness issues in the kitchen and bathroom, we want to assure you that we take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our property. We employ professional cleaners who are diligent in their work and ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained after each stay. It is disheartening to hear that you encountered cleanliness issues, especially as our housekeepers were surprised by your report and we did not receive specific details or photographic evidence from you to support your claim.Regarding the lack of hangers for clothes, we provide an open hanging rack with ample clothes hangers along with hooks behind doors and hangers in drawers.Lastly, we acknowledge that the lawn may have been longer than usual during your stay. This was due to our efforts to accommodate your request for an early check-in, which we granted instead of prioritizing lawn maintenance. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.Once again, we apologize for any shortcomings you experience during your stay our feedback is incredibly valuable to us.We regret that you didn't reach out to us personally during your stay so that we could address your concerns in real-time.
