Would not stay again until ac upgraded to central
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsHotel was fine and the free breakfast was good, but the ac unit in my room was absolutely awful. It was the noisiest rattling piece of crap unit in any room I’ve ever stayed in and it made it impossible sleep. If you turned it off, the room got way too hot.
I called the front desk and asked to change rooms and was told all the units are like that so it won’t make a difference so there was nothing they could do. That absolutely is not true because the very same unit by the elevators on the 4th floor was smooth and quiet at exactly the same setting.

This property was great! The only suggestion I would have is to have the fitness center open earlier. I went down at 5:30am to get in a workout before my kids got up and it didn’t open for 2 more hours. Some people like to get in workouts before they start their day.
Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.
