Great for family getaway.
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HotelsFantastic location, close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great communication prior to arrival. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent amenities, and nice bathroom products. The beds were comfortable, with nice quality bedding. The towels were also good quality. The lounge area would have benefited from some soft lighting by way of lamps, and the sofa would have been more comfortable with cushions. Although the apartment was clean on the whole, we felt there was a little room for improvement. The skirting boards were quite grubby in places, and the light in the bathroom was a little dusty. This would not deter us from staying here again though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the swimming pool. Overall this hotel got a thumbs up from us….and we are quite fussy.

This property does not meet the standards of a five-star rating, warranting a maximum of three stars. The pool is not heated and lacks recirculation, the jacuzzi was non-operational, and the steam room was small and not functioning properly. The rooms resemble an apartment with a kitchen and a kids' room, giving it a homely feel akin to an Airbnb, also it had a stench to it.
Overall it was a good stay and their hospitality was really nice.
