very friendly staff, food is good & the owner is very accommodating. WE came early in the morning from Cebu & asked if we can get in & have a rest, and we were given a room. Sometimes the WIFI are slow, but it's okay considering the rate of the room.Highly recommended for sure.

I like the property because it's closer and more convenient for us to get to my mother's place. The property is well maintained, although the door hinges in the wardrobe were making noise every time we open and close. The staffs are friendly and very helpful, breakfast was good but the internet connection was poor. We had problem with the air conditioning 2 nights before we checked out and we told one of the staffs to solve the problem and was attended straightaway. Overall, we had a pleasant time staying at Caimito.

Pour : WIFI was extremely strong, air conditioning was powerful, built to international expectations, great value for money spent
Contre : Toilet water pressure was a bit low
Emplacement : Location is fine, relatively close to city proper of Maasin...didn't venture outside of resort during our stay.
Designed and built properly by it's Filipino/Irish owners, with service that exceeds what most travellers (both foreigners and locals) in the Philippines are used to experiencing. Everything functioned properly, owner was genuine and very friendly, huge and delicious breakfasts.
