Sorry to report that the bathroom has mold/mildew, no kleenex in bathroom, a roach crawl across the nightstand.

Room was nice but pillows were small and we only had 1 regular size bath towel. The rest were hand towels. Didn’t realize it until I needed one, so I used my husbands. Breakfast was ok. People were friendly and nice.

You get what you pay for
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThe positive is that the staff were very friendly and helpful. The negative is that the room had a strong musty odor and the bathroom and pool area were a little run down. They had the best rates in the area but you get what you pay for.

The room was large and nice price. Hotel convenient location to local restaurants, events. However, water pressure low, loose ceramic tiles on floor in bathroom, patched drywall not finished and painted, squeaky doors for the room & large roaches in hallway. Elevator was very dirty especially around floor edges. Breakfast was minimal choices and a block of cream cheese not under dish cover and had a dirty knife in it for all to use.

1970 called they want their hotel back.

Maintenance issues
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThe property is not being well-maintained. Leaks show in the ceilings and lots of wear on paint and carpets. A/C quit working and we had to move to a different room. Lights were out there and A/C was turned off, so it took a while to cool down. Heard others complaining about TV not working. Staff was helpful and friendly. Not their fault.

Thank you for your online review. Unknown to you that 6 weeks ago we were hit by high winds which included a tornado that touched down 2 miles from here. We have contacted the insurance, roofers and electrician for repair of the damage it has created, however we are working on their timeline not ours. The TV's located at this facility have to be controlled manually, the other guest was trying to use the up and down button, so the TV channels would not respond. We appreciate your patience's, and hope to see you in the future.

Day workers not friendly. No coffee for breakfast. Guest smoked pot in the elevator and their room with the door opened and the night worker didn’t do anything about it.
