I booked this property beacuse it had good reviews, however to my disappointment it wasnt the case. However the the staff seemed to be very unprofessional The front office didnt have any extra multiplug to give us ) It took 2-3 attempts to get water bottles to our room The restaurant staff are just ridiculous. No quality at all. The waiter who came to our table was reluctant to serve us and even was hesitant to bring us the ala carte menu. (They had a set menu and ala carte option) as a fellow hotelier i very well know the price marked for the set menu was absurd. I ordered cream of musroom and my cousin ordered some pork dish. Both were straight orders and it took more than 1 hour to be served. The most annoying part for me was not a single person (the waiter, manager or the chef) came to inform us about our food delay. The customers who came after us was served before us, was even more disappointing. The pork chop was over cooked and burnt. So unprofessional. (note that the property wasnt fully booked) The location of the property was nice and calm. Clean room and bathroom with air-conditioning. (The room view wasnt the best. )
