Un domaine énorme, hotel agréable.

Les chambres sont petites et les équipements sont minimalistes. Pas de bouteille d'eau. La douche n'est pas très pratique.

beautiful building, management could be better

The building and landscape is great but we were not happy with the room and service provided. The staff is hardworking but it is clear that they are not well trained and the management is not organising as they should. Because we came with a dog we were put in a very small room far away from the main building.The possibilities to walk the dog not on a lead were not there, as we would have expected in a place in the middele of the countryside. It also seems that a lot of Brittish cheap holliday seekers like this hotel. The tattoolevel was quite high.

Beautiful location with wonderful walks. Dog friendly but it felt we were dumped in a really filthy room and I had to request a clean before I would use the shower. No refresh of toilet paper and hand soap after the first night. The breakfast offering was really poor with very poor quality cooked breakfast and no continental option. We had trouble finding staff at breakfast and had to seek them out! So much promise from a fantastic building but clearly needs some investment in the infrastructure, decor and staff!

Super location, stunning views and would come back for that reason. Staff very pleasant. Room needs help. Windows won’t open. Rooms not serviced. Short of staff at the bar. Spa overpriced.

Property too large. Was like a maze. Not enough lifts for people with mobility issues lots of stairs

Smoking rooms / filthy / poor quality food

Paid for a deluxe room was given a smokers den that absolutely stunk, changed to another room which was above the bar so I had the fortune of listening to drunks outside till late at night. The carpets were stained utility’s and furnishings extremely dated and worn out. Restaurant serves cheap nasty cuts of meat for extortionate prices I almost thought I was in Dublin with a pint of guiness over £8 !!!! Oh yes you have the luxury of sitting amongst food stained walls floors in the restaurant. Bar was understaffed impossible to order drinks. This place has gone down hill allot!! The only saving grace is the gym is exceptional and has plenty of equipment.

I have never slept on such uncomfortable soft spring beds in my life. Honestly the worst. The rooms floor was terribly dirty and the walls were extremely marked. I never complain and I always just accept but this was something else.
