Resort iniciante

Hotel novo, muito bom, com uma piscina grande e que as crianças conseguem brincar (máximo 1,2m). Guarda vidas o tempo todo. Alguns pontos de melhoria: Consumo é bem caro: cerveja R$15, uma água, R$8. Refeição tem tempo de reposição muito grande, seja no café, almoço ou jantar. Há 2 ilhas de serviço, porém têm diferenças uma da outra, isso gera trânsito de pessoas o tempo todo. Não há atendimento suficiente. Chefe coloca muito cominho na comida. Atendimento na piscina é bom, quando tem. Equipe de recreação tem presença, mas a programação fica só lá na recepção, onde ninguém vai após entrar no hotel. Nesse resort tem aqueles vendedores de títulos. Chato demaaaaaais. Resumindo, um resort tem como diferencial o atendimento. Porém aqui o atendimento precisa melhorar.

Razoável. O atendimento é ruim. Os funcionários são mau humorados e não são atenciosos. Serviço ruim. Café da manhã sofrível, tumultuado num espaço inadequado. Qualidade dos alimentos bem razoável. Área da piscina muito cheia. Apenas um salva vidas o que é insuficiente. Som muito alto que incomoda. O hotel tem muito a melhorar. Não recomendo e não voltarei!

Pessima escolha! Verdadeiro pesadelo! De resort nao tem nada. Unica coisa agradável é o quarto, que ainda assim fica longe da praia , e se for virado para a piscina se prepare para o barulho intenso. Local superlotado, nao tem cadeiras de praia suficientes, nao tem mesas na piscina suficientes, o café da manha falta tudo absolutamente tudo! A comida do jantar é a pior que já comi. Sem tempero, com gosto ruim, cardapio pessimo. Sem contar a localização que na temporada eram duas horas para chegar em Maceio, o que te deixa presa nesse pessimo resort. A piscina era IMUNDA , suja . Foi a PIOR experiência da minha vida!

Hotel razoável, fora dos padrões que já fomos no nordeste. Comidas bem básicas, sem diversidade. Carrinho que leva a praia raro encontrar. Serviço de quarto ruim, não trocavam toalha, não repuseram shampoo, deixam um sachê de 30 ml por quarto sendo que estávamos em 3 pessoas. Serviço de toalha fecha 12h e volta 15h. Recreação é praticamente inexistente, não cumprem a programação, não tem brincadeiras atrativas. Funcionários não parecem bem e felizes, não tentam agradar ou deixar uma boa impressão. Gerente do restaurante a noite foi simpático e nos ajudou no aniversário do meu filho, guarda vidas da piscina preocupados e atenciosos, do resto, só decepção.

Nunca vi um hotel com uma piscina tão imunda. Foram dias e dias com a mesma sujeira. As refeições deixaram muito a desejar, bem medíocres considerando o tamanho e estrutura q o resort aparenta ter. O quarto ficava a 15min da praia andando. Nunca vi algo assim em um resort 'pé na areia'

Hotel muito top, nota 10. Quarto grande, arejado, com 2 TVs, ar condicionado, frigobar e microondas. Não tem fogão. Limpeza feita todos os dias com troca de toalhas. Funcionários competentes e bem educados, atendimento muito bom mesmo. Só não gostamos da praia da regiao do hotel (muito suja). Lazer completo para criancas com recreação. Restaurante muito bom, comida muito gostosa e de qualidade. Tem lanchonetes e lojinhas dentro hotel. Valeu demais.

Apesar da estrutura do hotel ser muito boa, acredito que os valores praticados no almoço e jantar do restaurante principal deveriam ser disponibilizados com antecedência, no site do hotel ou outro canal de comunicação. Além disso, os elevados valores dessas refeições inviabilizam o seu consumo pelos hóspedes, forçando-os a adotarem estratégias diversas para alimentar seus familiares. Um almoço e jantar para uma família média de 04 integrantes gira em torno de R$ 800,00 por dia, o que é bem acima da média de hotéis e resorts, inclusive.
