La chambre était très jolie, l’emplacement parfait à deux pas de la place princiale, deux pas des bus, les meilleurs déjeuners de notre voyage!!! beaucoup de cachet! Wow

Really nice!
Publié le 29 juin 2018 sur HotelsThe hotel was really clean and pretty and well located (right next to the main place). The staff was really helpful. The only thing that bothered us is that we couldn’t lock the door.

The bathroom was dirty and had a musty smell. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time to keep the smell out of the room. There were also bugs and mosquitoes because there are no screens on the windows. Lastly, we came back to our room and found they had left the room unlocked after servicing the room. We had a nice breakfast and that is the only good thing I can say about Gringo Bills.

Hotel staff was kind and efficient, the breakfast was great. We had a group of 11 ppl to visit Machu Picchu and they kindly housed all of us affordable. The hotel rooms seems to have been updated vs the photos on Expedia, which was a nice surprise. No ac/heater but the outside temperature was just right so luckily we didn’t have a need. Our only complaint was that our room look did not actually work. If I locked the deadbolt and you turned the outside handle it unlocked the door which defeated the purpose, but it is a safe area.
