The motel was very clean but old really needs to be renovated to make it more modern. The staff were very lovely & friendly. The bed we slept in was amazing so comfortable. But the sad thing for us with our stay was neighbours up fighting all night which kept us awake a lot. Not the owners fault.

Deepak and his wife make me feel at home when I stay there. Thier two daughters are adorable. I highly recommended that when you are in Mackay that you should stay there. The service is fantastic, rooms are very clean, and the staff are great.

Was a nice stay, staff where very polite how ever our towels where a bit dirty one having serous make up stains.

This hotel seemed to be mostly industrial working staff. All sitting outside their rooms drinking alcohol and smoking.. We were put in the room next to the laundry and their was a continuous precession of people going to and from the laundry… the rooms have wood plantation shutters on the fridge my wall next to the door, ours were broken which meant security was non existant.. not that we got any sleep with the constant chatter either in the laundry or in front of our room from inconsiderate guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever…

We have all sort of people stay here and never had any issues in regards to your feedback. The new owner put a lot of effort into the business, and we had a very comfortable stay. Great included breakfast.
