It was wonderful to find a great value pub Accom in the middle of Mackay. Excellent value for money and also great food as well.

Contre : Train you staff in guest services.
Would not recomend this hotel , no lights on entrance stairs, 2 lights in room not working, staff very rude when I required about my security deposit re enburstment, cheep and nasty, plenty better places to stay for a little more money.

Pour : Location and the food and service. Very clean rooms.
Contre : The building external link may need some work, but this is countered by the great food.
Emplacement : Great location for a short walk to Center of Mackay.
I found the staff very friendly and willing to assist at all times. The food menu in the hotel is varied and also to an excellent standard. Well worth eating there.
