Then planned to ask the service desk over phone, however, that was out of service. We visited the office in person which was uncomfortable asking for hair dryer and did not receive any cordial help. The shower nobs were very old and very difficult to manage hot and cold water balanced flow.

The room was clean but we didn't have bar soap. The housekeeper didn't come in and clean our room when we were out. We couldn't use the pool because it was too cold. I also didn't like that we couldn't leave our dog unattended in the room. The bathroom was too small to move around. I definitely won't be coming back to this motel. Also the woman at the front desk wasn't very friendly.

Trouble with getting help with reservation change. Desk folks not very helpful.

Replacement room was worse with brown stains on bed.

Desk service was helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi would not connect in our room, so we were given another room. The rooms are dated, curtains did not close all the way, and the water in the tub would not shut off completely. But the room was clean and the breakfast was good.
