The staff was wonderful! Room was great however it did need some maintenance on doors that wouldn’t shut and carpet cleaning. The website said it had continental breakfast and slot machines which neither were found and no information was given by staff or anything in the room. We were traveling with 3 children under 4 and the breakfast would have been much better than having to take them out to eat. I’m glad I wasn’t paying the weekend rates.

I would not recommend to any family

1. Rooms were not clean 2. Receptionist was not able to communicate clearly ( Most people work here are from Jamica) 3. My son found cigarrets in the room 4. Toilet seat was broken 5. Cupbord glass door was broken 6. chair cusioins were torn 8. They showed me two rooms to choose and both were not cleaned. So I gusess all rooms are bad. 9. No garbadge bin in the room, only in toilet 10. I ask multiple time to give us coffee cups and coffee everyday. They told me to pick from front desk. It was long walk from room to front desk. 10. The maintanance guy was showing me the rooms and I ask him to wait unitil I make a decision. He just left and not even said me anything. I have never seen him again for the next 3 days.

Check in was great. The room was better than what we booked. However, in the main entry of the room, there was something red splattered on the wall. In the bathroom, there was dog food behind the door, a blue powder substance on the floor by the sink along with a dirty Q-tip. The bedroom area was great. The entry door to get into the hotel were left open till at least 10pm. Thats when we returned to our room. When leaving the following morning, we spotted at bat in the hallway

Do not waste your time here…the rooms are filthy…the carpet is so dirty it was sticky there were bugs on the walls the doors were broken and had no locks to keep the door closed. We had a disabled child with us and he could have easily fallen off the balcony as the sliding door wouldn’t stay closed. The front desk was rude the WHOLE place smelled like mold and there was no smoking anywhere but you could sure smoke marajuana everywhere. It was NOT on the lake beach and when other guests tell you to not pay and just leave and go find a cleaner place it’s not a good sign. It is an old decrepit dump.

This hotel facility is very dirty. There is no deluxe gym or breakfast area. There is nothing deluxe. The water park was filthy and had green algae all over. The property was dusty. Do not stay here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a key to a room that was occupied and didn’t have any remorse and wouldn’t refund my money. Travelers beware I will never send my worse enemy to this hotel.
