Roxie is a gem. The rooms are a little small but it’s very very clean.

Shonna was so sweet and very accommodating at check-in. She is definitely an asset to this hotel. Wish this was my experience at all hotels!

My stay was great as always. The hotel was nice, comfortable and clean and the front desk staff was very kind!

AVID- The staff at this hotel that checked me in charged my card FOUR times without my consent - totaling near $500!!! She did not know what she was doing. Every time I went to my room she had charged my card. I went to the front desk to get the charges removed and somehow - she charged me yet again. The next morning, I went to get the charges straight - they gave me a letter to take to my bank to remove (not all - but just some of) the charges. So now in a strange city - I am to find a bank - making it even more inconvenient. For my 2-night stay - I paid $500. Which they said some would fall off in 5-7 biz days. Still waiting for my refund. I was never compensated for my inconvenience from Manager April. Never did I receive a phone call. I will NEVER stay here again. Do not give these ppl your card. You will be sorry. And the breakfast is TERRIBLE. Not worth the trouble. Very disappointing stay. :(

This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this has caused you.The multiple charges on your card and the difficulties in getting them resolved are unacceptable, and I regret that this situation was not handled appropriately from the start. I understand how stressful it must be to deal with this, especially when you're away from home.Please know that I am personally looking into this matter to ensure that any outstanding charges are corrected immediately. I will also follow up with our team to address the errors that occurred and to improve our processes so that this does not happen again to any of our guests.Regarding the inconvenience caused, including the trouble with the refund process and the breakfast quality, I am truly sorry. We aim to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable, and it's clear we fell short in your case. I would like to offer you a gesture of goodwill to make up for the distress this has caused.Please reach out to me directly and I will ensure that this matter is resolved to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.Again, I apologize for your disappointing experience, and I hope we can regain your trust in the future.
