Loved being near Ingleside Village

Residential property close to all of Macon’s attractions
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a cute property with comfy beds and fluffy towels. Perfect for our family for a weekend in Macon. Convenient coffee shop just around the corner. Light sleepers will notice the live music from the place behind the house but it didn’t go on too late and is actually a cute spot to enjoy the evening. East off street parking and close to all of the attractions. Runners, walkers and river tubers will also like nearby amerson river park

Christmas visit
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayBrought my daughter to spend time with her sister at Christmas because she moved to Macon ( a lovely historical town) my daughter who ;ives in Macon has a small dog who did NOT bring over and glad I didnt because the only rug in the place smelled of dog urine and even though "Tank" is nutered he would have been marking all over the house and we would have been charged. Also they had sprayed for ants which you could still see on the crown molding , window sills and base boards. the dead ants were still there .. meaning poison was still present the backyard was large and fenced but not secured , the gate was comprimised.
Probable the biggest overstatement was it is a 3 bedroom single bath. but there was only seating for two. np real plce to sit and have a cup of coffee for 3 unless one was seated on "dog pee rug".. only 2 seats at the kitchen table, and a small couch with a small coffee table.. Beds were fair, knives great , cookware good enough. A place with only enough amenties for 2.

We strive to bring each and every guest a wonderful experience at each of our properties and encourage thoughtful feedback. We do encourage any concerns to be brought to our attention immediately so we may address them and take any corrective action needed. We do have pest control at our properties to avoid as many pests as possible. We will have the cleaners checking the properties after pest control has been done in the future. However, we make certain that we use insecticides that are safe for children and pets. Our property is stocked with enough amenities for 5 people and pets. We are looking into other options for seating and have had all the rugs cleaned. We understand pets will have accidents and children will spill things. That's just life in itself. We hope with the changes we are making; we can bring an even better experience to our future guests.

Huge fenced in yard!
Publié le 28 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a great stay. The home was lovely and the yard was a big plus … particularly if you’re traveling with children or fur babies. Restaurants and shops a five minute walk away. We could hear music from the local bar in the backyard. It was a nice bonus. You couldn’t hear the music inside the house and Macon isn’t a late night place. I think it ended around 10 pm.
Will definitely stay again.

Perfect stop on my roadtrip

The house is renovated nicely, I really liked the taste. Extra points for clear and short info package folder!!

Neighborhood a little sketchy.

The only unnerving issues were a bar behind this house had a live rock band playing outside, the grass was tall in the back yard, and the neighborhood isn’t the greatest. With all the additional fees, I was a little disappointed.

We are sorry to hear that your stay was not ideal as we strive to make sure all our guest enjoy their time at our properties. We understand your concerns about the music and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
We have never had any issues with the neighborhood and many guests have commented on how safe they felt during their stay and while walking their pets and visiting the strip shops around the corner.
The landscaper was scheduled to take care of the yard before your check in and we apologize it was not taken care of in a timely manner. We have since addressed this issue.
