The only complaint I have that if I do the online checkout which specifically asks what time we are leaving which was 11am checkout don’t keep knocking on the door starting at 9 am asking if we are there. Everything else was perfect. Loved the little bars of dove soap and the charger on the lamp. So cool. Very clean and the bed was the best sleep I’ve had in awhile.

The bed was very low to the floor making it difficult for me and my husband to enter and exit. Not comfortable at all. The toilet was so low it was impossible for me to rise without assistance. Please at least consider “comfort” height for elderly and mobility impaired folks.

Check in was fast, the staff was nice. The room was clean. The bed had 4 pillows and the mattress was memory foam, we slept good. The free breakfast was on point every day. My only complaint was the coffee was weak. Of back in Macon, tho will be my hotel of choice.

Bed was very low to the ground, as was the toilet. Not well soundproofes. Could hear all traffic and rain outside. Also able to hear everyone one open and close doors in the hall.
