La vue sur l'océan est à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très attentionné. Nous avons reçu plusieurs conseils sur des restaurants et lieux à visiter. Le petit déjeuner était ausdi très bien.

Hotel A FUIR D'URGENCE !!!!!
Publié le 29 juin 2023 sur HotelsA votre arrivée on vous montre une chambre moitié en sous sol, moitié vue sur un terrain vague avec des pelleteuse en action.
ils vous proposent de payer 100 euros cash de plus pour avoir une chambre plus calme qui n'est pas a la cave...
Deplorable, et en plus un personnel desagreable et escroc!!!!

Dear guest, Were truly sorry about your experience in Vinhas do Calhau.As it was informed on the check in, were making renovations and theres information in all the plataforms we work with about this subject.About your room your booking was made in a mountain view T2 with 2 rooms both with private bathrooms, kitchennete and living room, we dont have a basement or anykind and we cant do anything when the weather its cloudy and you cant see Pico mountain. But its a very big apartment with lot of space and conditions.Our staff tried to help you giving a chance to the new villas were building but with charge of 50 not 100 as youre saying, and you wanted to pay only 25 for a house. As it was explained it wasnt our fault that your booking was reserved to this apartment, also the colleague came out of hours(since we dont have 24 hours reception) to check you in to the villa since you agreed with your travel agent to pay the charge.We made our best to give you a nice staying.Compliments,

Dear Francis, Many thanks for the feedback.We apology for all the inconveniency in your staying, When the project Vinhas do Calhau borned it wasnt with the concept of serving breakfast only staying but then the fact of distance from the center we had to change and we serve now just a small buffet because we do not have the facilities or place to serve thats why we started to build a new area outside with all that all guests need restaurant, breakfast room and pool. But with COVID delayed everything and unfortunally were half of the way as we wanted.However we invite you for a next time upgrading you in the new Villas.Kind Regards,

Great view, either to the ocean or to the mountain. Surrounded by curral vineyards. We had a very warm welcoming. The hostes is extremely nice and you'll feel at ease, like you know her for a long time. She gave us a map with the main attractions and restaurants. All the restaurants she listed were spor on.
The room is very spacious, and has great amenities. With a full kitchen.
It's in a good location 5 minutes form Madalena.
Don't think you can't get much better than this.
