Security personnels should act professional and friendly towards clients, that should interconnect friendliness and helpfulness in promoting safe area, clients can walk freely, act sober and create positive response in getting services with high standards.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We first had a smelly room and we got another. Then the ac did not work properly. After a hot night we got another room.
The asian food was very nice; with a lovely merlot!

No water - 2nd day
Publié le 2 sept. 2023 sur HotelsThis was the 2nd day of my stay at the hotel. And still no water in the rooms due to the issues with the local water supplier (Water PNG). So no choice but to check out due to the water issues. No apologies and no compensation from the hotel. Staff were great, despite the issues

Disappointing - but lovely staff
Publié le 2 sept. 2023 sur HotelsTook the hotel bus from the airport. Friendly and helpful driver. Check-in was easy with great service. Room was spacious which is a nice bonus. BUT room and bed sheet cleanliness was average. AND the hotel had no water in the rooms due to a lack of supply from the water authority. Seems the hotel has no backup water tanks on the premises - so no shower and toilet flush in these situations. Water is a basic reason to pay for a hotel, and cleanliness is a requirement, so disappointed!

Unfortunate that at the time of your stay , the whole province was faced with a water supply crisis which resulted in us searching through the town to source other alternatives.
