Amazing view.
Posted May 31, 2024 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay. Beautiful view. Free parking, very comfortable bed. Friendly staff and good facilities. Variety at breakfast, good value for money.
The breakfast was not always very hot and would have appreciated more toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Lovely hotel.
Posted Apr. 28, 2024 on HotelsThe staff were great. The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The road up to the hotel was a little scary the first few times. Its at arount 1500 meters so be prepared for your ears to pop if you head out anywhere.

Posted Feb. 24, 2024 on HotelsCan’t beat the view at this place! Simply breathtaking. Perched on a mountain top overlooking a beautiful mountain valley. Nice restaurant and a nice pool and spa. One word of warning is there is no easy way to get back and forth to Funchal. Highly recommend a rental car if you stay here and don’t take a wrong turn on the mountain/ it’s a long way down. Rooms are nice and clean with great views. If you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Funchal you found it.
