Très bonne location à Funchal avec belle vue et bien située à 5min à pied de la vielle ville

Très bon accueil de Mirela qui est aux petits soins tout est parfait :une propreté irréprochable, l’equipement au top ou rien ne manque, avec un garage pour la voiture .
La terrasse sur l’ocean est très agreable et spacieuse , nous y avons aperçu les dauphins grâce aux jumelles à disposition.
À 5min à pied du vieux Funchal où se situent les restaurants, et où il fait bon se promener le soir pour déguster une glace .
L’ile de Madere est très belle et il y a beaucoup à voir !!
Vraiment nous recommandons à 100% !

Très belle maison très agréable et bien située

La maison est très agréable, ainsi que sa terrasse et la vue à 180° sur la mer. La maison est très conforme aux photos. Elle est bien située, proche du centre ville et des restaurants et bars animés le soir, tout en étant calme.
L'accueil a été appréciable et beaucoup d'infos utiles sont à disposition.
Elle a un parking et on trouve souvent de la place juste en face.
Le seul point d'amélioration que nous avons trouvé est la taille des lits double, qui pourrait être un peu plus large, ils font 140 cm il me semble.
Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour passer des vacances à Funchal et dans ses environs.

Thank you for your feedback. When we replace the beds we will replace them with king size rather than the doubles which are as advertised. It was only after we had remodelled the bedrooms that we realised that we could have accommodated King size beds so you have raised a very valid point. We are pleased you enjoyed your holiday and will consider us should you wish to return to Madeira.

Gorgeous view and location

The place is incredibly well stocked and great walking distance into the city itself. It was so nice to sit on the deck in the evenings that we were home to watch the sky change with the setting sun

Unbelievable.
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayAn amazing villa and there is nothing you could complain about. This villa has nothing missing and much more than you will ever need. A very precise folder gives you all instructions and useful contacts.The location is perfect, near to all facilities but away from the crowds and with outstanding views. Mírela was very welcoming and helpful when meeting and continued that way all through our stay, ensuring we needed nothing. Rafael was fantastic. Collected us from airport and very knowledgable. We booked him for a private tour of the island. A great investment, he could not be more helpful. We were going to hire a car but with Rafael and good buses, was not needed.
We did not want to rave about villa because we do not want it booked when we want to come back, hopefully soon.

Beautiful property
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverlooking Funchal harbour, with a short walk from the heart of the city. A beautifully appointed, spacious property, with plenty of space for 6 adults.
The only shortcoming was building works to properties on either side (which the owner could do nothing about), which were very intrusive with heavy drilling and loud music every day.

Incredible
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location of the house is perfect. Within walking distance to cable cars, shops and the farmers market. The house is fantastic, with incredible ocean views to enjoy your meals or just sit with your morning coffee or a glass of wine. We locked ourselves out one day and the homeowner returned my email within 5 minutes. Mirela was there in 10 minutes. The house has everything you need to feel like home, and is incredibly clean. Our taxi driver, Rapheal, was so nice and friendly. We really enjoyed transport with him. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Thanks Karen, your place is definitely exceptional.

Fabulous Experience

The location is just up the hill from Old Town with views of the ocean and harbor. Highly recommend you bring a good pair of binoculars to truly enjoy all the activities on the ocean from whale and dolphin watching to enjoying watching the ships and boats, open water kayakers, wind surfers, and paddleboarders. The two decks are fully furnished for enjoying a relaxed and beautiful time. The furnishings are comfortable and clean. The modern kitchen is stocked for a banquet – both in dishes and utensils as well as spices, coffee, etc. Karen and Mike have a true jewel in this home. Everything looked brand new and operated perfectly. Mirela, the housekeeper was simply incredible. She made the stay a wonderful experience with all her help and advice on things to do and the local activities. If you are looking for an extremely clean, comfortable place to spend all your vacation time, or a wonderful home base for exploring the beautiful city and all of Madeira you should stay here. Better than a 5-star hotel!!!

Holiday in Madeira
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayExcellent property. I could not believe the amount of ware glasses etc. It had absolutely everything. Mirela was so helpful. Great view from the property. We felt the pull up the hill but very soon found an alternate route. Would definitely recommend it to anybody who is thinking of going to Madeira. Weather was very warm when we were there so it was great to sit out in the shade.
