The pool is drained out. My room the ac did not work they said there was going to be a continental breakfast that was not available in the morning

Pool is under maintenance and we never advertise pool open on ANY websites. However, we do have rooms with personal jacuzzi that you could have enjoyed in. A/C works in all rooms however some remote controls are on the wall and easily overlooked. I am sorry we didn't coach you on how to use the thermostat. We do have hot continental breakfast with assorted breads/pastries/yogurt/3 variety of cereals/oatmeal/granola, orange juice, apple juice, vitamin water, coffee, chai, Belgian waffles to name some items. We serve between 6:30-9:30am daily but If you woke up too late then yes breakfast would have been taken down. I hope you consider this and adjust your rating accordingly. We take pride in serving every guest personally to ensure your comfort and memorable stay with us. Please come back again and we will show you the true hospitality.

Couldn't find our Expedia payment at check in. Once we told them we were reaching out to Expedia they were suddenly able to locate it. Once in the room we found room conditions very poor. Obvious signs that the room hadn't been cleaned. We found lots of hair covering the entire; bottom of the tub. This prompted us to look at the bedding. We pulled back the covers and had found a significant amount of body hair covering both beds. While examining the beds we then spotted numerous bed bugs. Went to front desk where we were offered a different room. Inspeced new room with front desk staff. Bedding dirty. Bathroom vanity light was out. Spider had built up a web in center in tub. Pool closed and filled suspiciously with furniture. Found hotel management to be combative and: ery tough to deal with. After finding the beds in the condition they were in and a obvious infestation problem clearly we were not wanting to stay at the hotel after seeing 2nd rooms condition. 1st room assigned was 208 (this is the one with bed bugs) second room shown was 110.

Sir you booked a room when entire Mankato was sold out and you had no place to go. You lost the game after making the booking and really wanted to go home so were trying to find ANYTHING wrong with the room or property to get your money back. We had over 20 guests staying the same night with not a single complaint. We tried to show you 2 other rooms to move to but you really wanted to leave and get the money back. We try our best to serve every guest with a hot complimentary breakfast, free billiards, free foosball, free digital Roku TV's, rooms with personal Jacuzzi, Bridal suites etc. The hotel is certified and gets regular pest control treatments to ensure there are no bugs. Very sorry we couldn't please you. Ethics and Integrity are very important in life and we go out of our way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay each and every time. Wish you a great day sir.

We were with a group renting 4 rooms. One party left in the middle of the night because of bed bugs. There were cobwebs, dirt and grimy corners. We won’t stay there again.

Your false claim of bed bugs was checked by the Govt inspector and no such bugs found. The hotel is certified and we have regular pest control in place.

Bedbugs! Left after one night on a two night stay! Would like one night refund!

You are party of 2 rooms who submitted separate reviews trying to get a refund as your plans had changed. Your false claim of bed bugs was checked by the Govt inspector and no such bugs were found. The hotel is certified and we have regular pest control in place. We serve guests to ensure their happiness. Sorry your plans changed and you were after refund rather than stay another night with us.

Horrible Experience

Well after I booked and looked at the receipt I was charged $141 in mandatory fees. Hotels.com said they were the hotel fees, the hotel said they were Hotels.com fees. I still have not received ANY explanation in the fees even after repeated phone calls. Once we got to the hotel, the luggage cart had half inflated tires which made it difficult to use. There was no elevator too. The industrial ice maker was broken so they were using a residential counter top ice maker or they had to run to the local gas station for a bag. All vending machines were either broken or empty. The pool was closed, they stated because of covid. Once in the room when we put our bags in the bed we noticed some sort of stain/substance on the bed comforter. We did not undo the rest of the sheets. When we looked around more we saw numerous live lady bugs crawling around. There was splatter on the toilet seat. Someone's left over beer in the fridge. Pizza crust on the floor along with a part of a cigarette wrapper by the dresser. There were dead bugs in the light fixtures. A broken fake fingernail was found on the floor. So who knows when the floor was last vacuumed. For the heat/ac the plug in was missing a cover so any child or pet could have been shocked or worse. The tub had soap residue left on the tub shelf. Needless to stay we decided to leave and go to a chain hotel. With covid going on cleanliness should be #1!

Sir, be happy that you are blessed to be alive during COVID rather than complaining about every little things in life. Pool, Ice machine are closed for COVID reasons, you dont want dirty hands scooping the ice from the big machine do you? We take pride in housekeeping and double check so any photos above are from your own poop, shampoo residue and dirt you created. YES UNHAPPY PEOPLE DO LOTS OF THINGS TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK OR CREATE BAD IMAGE. We have marked you as a scammer and are not welcome to the hotel any more. Find another place of your liking to scam.

Lady at desk was very nice and friendly. Hotel in renovation new owner. Needs updating bedding , furniture,
etc. Close enough to drive to New Ulm and Mankato.
Will stay again after it is finished renovating.

Just a Saturday night escape and it was a true night of R & R in a very cool run with a great jetted tub.
