Nice place, clean, well kept, reasonably priced.

This is a hidden gem. They have very reasonable rates. It's nothing fancy, but a good value. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean. Property is well kept. You can walk to Braums, Taco Bell, and there is a McDonald's a minutes drive, and a Tire / repair / oil change place right behind it. There is a small cute little casino and a car wash nearby also. They have a laundromat down the road too.There is a Walmart a couple miles down the road and a large gas station accross the street from it, and a Hospital really closeby. Us older people and families will enjoy the peace of mind of having all of those necessities nearby. It has a small town vibe, and different little restaurants to explore, a hardware store, and you can go fishing around there somewhere. The Lake Texoma is a few miles down highway 70. Pretty much everything is right there off of highway 70, aka main street.

You decide... its a no for me
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsI arrived to this hotel around 7:00-7:15pm. Sign at desk had a number to call, which I did. Man came out of a room next to office entrance. Gave me a smoking room, which my confirmation, specifically showed a non-smoking room. I showed it to him, but he kept telling me his penciled chart showed smoking. I refused the smoking room, he asvised he had 1 room left that was non smoking(Not a single car in the parking area) and he could move me to that room. Not same price. I refused that, as by this point I just wanted to get out of there. He again said he had a room(it was only $5 more..it wasn't about the money) and this was all Expedia mistake.
I told him I understood that I was not able to cancel for refund since it was day of arrival, but that was fine. Again he said Expedia's fault and offered the other room. As I left, I told him out of all the trips I had taken and used Hotels.com, I had never had an experience like this one.

I Always get a nice clean room. Easy parking, usually pretty quiet. I usually bring ear plugs when I travel, but haven't had to use them very often. Convenient to restaurants, walmart, carwash, etc. Would recommend.

Safe, quiet and clean.. nice and helpful staff.
You can walk to nearby Braums, and Taco Bell. McDonald's and Walmart are closeby too. The area is like a quiet little town. There is also a Hospital nearby in case needed. This is the place that I chose to stay when I go to nearby casinos. Good value for the money. Im going to explore this area more on next visit for history and for fishing opportunities. Lake Texoma is close too.
