Floors 11 and 12 are exclusive for those who book through another website. Other rooms (which were given to us at first) were of a much lower quality in terms of room size, bed quality and size, and no coffee machine. We had to wait for the manager for a couple of hours to change our rooms to any in the 11th or 12th floor which eventually happened. I'm contacting Expedia customer support regarding this discrimination.

Dear Guest, Greetings from Al Nokhba Royal inn Hotel Maidnah, We would like to inform you that the floor no.11 and 12 are Executive floor and other floors quality is high, we gave upgrade to executive floor 11th and 12th when you requested to our FOM . hope to see you again

Over Rates - but Good location

Beds were uncomfortable. Room was extremely noisy, street construction can be heard inside the room, neighbors noise (Even their door bell) can be also heard, definitely rooms are not well sealed. Housekeeping response is very slow, we called for room cleaning and they didn’t come. We requested extra towels several times but they never brought them. Called for concierge to pick up our luggage for check out they said it will take them some time to come, so I had to carry the bags myself. Breakfast variety is excellent, but food quality is average. ventilation in the restaurant is extremely bad, so every time we went there our cloths catch the smell. No wifi was working in the hotel, not in the room- not in the reception... very annoying! The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Furniture and toilets extremely outdated. It gets very messy when you take a shower. Front office staff can disappear sometimes. Good things: location is 5 minutes walk to Haram and to ladies entry to mosque. 4 beds in the room was very nice. Room A/C was very nice. Water pressure in shower is good. The minibar fridge Cooling is extremely good. Elevator staff are very nice and helpful. Baskin Robins is available in the lower floor (though it was closed most of the time).

The parking of cars is expensive and not included in reservation, although its included in the application of expedia !!
