the hotel is a fine nice clean place secure,10min from haram great!!! only it is on the border of a old area that is full of flats some creepy hotels and streets not so tidy!!! in front of hotel they are building on a huge piece of land so 24/7 noise trucks drills etc etc this will end for sure maybe year after? overall had a super nice stay .......breakfast must get a upgrade in assortiment not same everyday, a hotel can not serve instant coffee in this market if you want a piece of the pie from big guys like hilton,mariot,intercont,sofitel,movenpick etc etc you must show it your clients only the best not less quality. thank u

Transport from hotel to haram were not good at all. Always just had to wait so gave up on their transport and walked or used taxi.

It’s very convenient to go to haram also you can do all your shopping on the way to haram,you don’t need to go for shopping far away ,like bilal masjid.prices are almost same as masjid bilal side and thing are same as well.so convenient!!!!

A new hotel in FAST developing Saudi Arabia - in 5 - 10 years this area will be unrecognizable. Great value - we rented a car and although driving in SA is a bit wild - it was very convenient as this hotel is a short drive or uber from the center. Great value in immaculate conditions

Everything is perfect, the only thing that was a slight negative was them taking a deposit, which was taken on card but returning as cash, which is not helpful if your leaving the country and no longer require the currency.

We stayed for a week. The hotel is not very far from Haram. They have a shuttle bus. Rooms were nice and clean, good breakfast. No complaints

Hotel Is Bit far from Haram there is loads of Construction going near hotel its Very Noisy in the Morning we changed Room after 1 night other side was less noisy it rained day before our arrival the Streets were flooded as area is under construction.The hotel Bus service is one way only just before prayer time on way back you will walk or Taxi ride The Receptionist was very Rude on Check out we wanted to checkout 11PM as we had time till 11AM next morning he said be quick and wait in lobby u cant stay in even for 30 mins very Rude

ery rude management. I extended my checkout time paid for half a day. But my room was locked by staff,had to wait 2.5 hours in lobby for them to open the room again even I had already a night prior n showed them the receipt of extended check out time. No iron in room. No microwave. Staff refused to microwave my food in lobby.i was charged for breakfast on time of booking n then I was told I’ll have to pay for sahoor n hotel will provide iftar dinner . Worst experience.wont recommend it to anyone

Apart from construction, it’s a very nice and comfy hotel. Sar 15 will take you to Haram. Or walk will take 20-30mins. Nice breakfast. The construction notice will wake you up at 7am.
