The advertising for this property was false. The room was old and run down. It wasn't the cleanest. The area felt very unsafe.

Well first they false advertisement about they having breakfast they don't have breakfast is no coffee it's no coffee makers in the room like I'm like but they advertisers on the website that these the things they have the conditions of the room was horrible it was bugs everywhere and the next day that we woke up it was Saturday it's police everywhere things taped all people having shootings there somebody almost got killed it was crazy when I mean isn't a horrible condition the place was beat down old castle that's not working no more it could be to the homeless people but they still want to rent out rooms and stuff like that like crazy.

The inside the room is disgusting. I walked from the bed to the bathroom to shower and got a piece of glass stuck in my foot when I got into the bathroom I shut the door behind me and somebody’s dirty pajama pants that previously stayed they were hanging in the back of the Door. The bathroom looked crusty. There was dead bugs all over the corners on the creases of the room.

They say they have breakfast but they do not. They say they have a pool but the pool looks like it has not been in operation for years. My room had mold on the walls and the bed spread looked like it had not been washed. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel. You all need to take this hotel off your website. I swear the bed had bed bugs. I did not get in it or on it because I was scared.

Won’t stay again

Towels were stained, ask for clean towels, received. Bed was great, remodeled room could have been cleaned. Bedding was not exchanged after each guest. Sheets were cleaned and pressed. I used my wipes to clean over most I might touch.

I am working on an up and coming cleaning business and this place can really use a deep cleaning.I offered my services but they declined. The staff was very nice and friendly so my problem is not with them they switched me to another room. That room was actually worst than the first but I didnt want to be a complicated guest and it was only for a few hours I went and brought my own lining because theirs had stains on them and the toilet leaked all night upon many other thing that were wrong but more than like I would not go back there again.
