Un problème est survenu à 1h30 du matin: l'alarme incendie de notre chambre a commencé à émettre un 'bip' toutes les 20 secondes et ce jusqu'à notre départ à 9h. Le front desk fermait à 23h. Alors on a dû endurer. Pas une nuit reposante.

The images of the property are very misleading. The room in the picture looks clean and updated. BUT The outside grass was a prelude to how unkept the facilities were inside. The grass was high, and the parking lot had broken down cars that looked like they were not moved for a while. We had to stay 2 out of the 3 days, due to lack of vacancy in Lynchburg. The room was dirty, with food stains on the walls and wall trim. The bed frame had white crust like material on the side of the trim. The bedding had stains and not sure if washed. The bathroom floor was dirty and tub with mildew. The room and hallways smelled dirty and smoky. We finally found a room nearby and left early, the room and property was unclean and unkept. Again, we only stayed since we could not find a room and we bought our own cleaning supplies to clean what we could (ie the sink and lysol)

I feel a breakfast (at least continental) should be served in the lobby (was told they haven't since Covid -- ridiculous) and the back yard of property has a filled in pool with weedy yard -- unsightly. Room was passable but not great, but staff was friendly.

The room was spacious and actually comfortable, but it and the entire building (except the recently renovated front reception/check in office) needs a deep top to bottom surface cleaning. This is an older property that looks like all they did was change out the flooring to vinyl planking (which was nice). There were cobwebs and thick dust at the wall/ceiling line in my top floor room (way too high for the maid service to reach without a ladder). An entire surface paint job would probably solve issues, as long as they stay on top of the cleaning.

Many roaches all night in one room(two kinds huge brown ones and small red ones). The other room smoke detector missing and both rooms smell of smoke so intense all our belongings smell of cigarettes. I called front desk immediately to get refund but denied. I called Travelocity but still no help. Me and my family had a worst experience

Entire propertty smelled like weed thr whole time we were there. Dirty hallways. Unkempt appearance. Broken fixtures in the room and bathroom, including the smoke alarm dangling from the ceiling. All this for $130/night.

Everyone who works at this place is so nice ! Our room was relaxing and the surrounding area even tho you're off a highway it's still so quiet I was able to sleep so good! We had a lot of fun staying here anything we needed they got it for us right away ! Great place and overall
