The floor was dirty in the room and I had to put shoes on to feel comfortable walking around. Everything else was fine.

Closet door totally missing in the room. Door had wide gap midway to floor level. Bathroom door squeaked horribly. The price of the room was on a 4 star level but the room was more on a 2 to 3 star level at best

My sheets and towels were not clean. The towels had holes in it and the bathtub fauce had a leak and water was running the entire 3 days/ nights that I was there. When I arrived and noticed it I notified the receptionist immediately and she disregarded my request. She made a come stating: wow you ears are that good that you can hear it even with the door closed. I mentioned that yes it was loud enough and additional imagine the amount of water that’s being washed if it’s running 24hrs. She then stated that she had no additional open rooms to move me to and I suggested for her to notify maintenance, which she agreed to do. It was never fixed. I’m sure it’s still leaning at the moment.

When we arrived the sign is still down from a hurricane a year or two ago. So no sign! And the room was not clean. And the bed felt damp. But we were so tired arriving after 11pm . Will not stay here again.
