The staff was not very friendly. There was no maid service and courtesy shuttle wasnt available but it was advertised as such. Also very noisy and needed some upgrading.

Walked into my room and there was a cockroach on the wall alive and moving so I took a video went right back to tell the attendee and she said oh sorry let me switch you rooms. No compensation at that point and I figured something would be offered! So don’t stay here unless you want to take roaches home

The room was clean without odors and provided sufficient space to not feel cramped. The bed had a pillow pad and very soft pillows, and with the absence of outdoor city sounds, it was easy to want to stay in bed. The breakfast service provided a balanced buffet of options beyond pastries and waffles with quantities that did not appear to run short despite the business of the morning rush. The hotel was sufficiently staffed to ensure timely and thorough room cleaning. Finally, the indoor pool and spa area was spacious to allow for several people to enjoy without sitting on each other.
