La baignoire de la salle de bains était d’une propreté très moyenne. Il y a eu bcp de bruit la nuit au démarrage du système de chauffage.

We got this hotel because of hurricane Helena, the door keys couldn’t be programmed, so they have us regular keys and those keys we couldn’t lock the door it took about 20 minutes for them to finally get the door to lock, also another woman had the same problem with the key situation then we had a problem with the tv so we had to go down twice for them to take care of that and the phone in the room didn’t work so we couldn’t even call the office!! Bad experience.

Room only had a bolt lock on the door. There was no additional way to secure it once inside. Plastic sheets where torn and very crinkly while the actual sheets didnt seem to fit correctly. And popped off. Pillows were either lumpy or flat. Bedding was just not good. It was clean, and generally quiet. Air conditioner made a horrible rattling ice sound all night but it was cool. I mean in a pinch it worked but would expect to pay half that for this calliber hotel. It was giving Rosebud motel

Air conditioner was overly noisy, shutting on and off sounded like a truck was driving through the room, there was no ice bucket, no telephone to call the desk, no iron, there was a short in the light over the sink. Will NOT stay at this facility again. Since it had the Wyndham name I thought it would be better facilitated - but found out it is individually owned and operated.

So gross my family wouldn't even stay there. We ended up going to the Holiday inn next door which is very nice. They said they get people over there all the time from the days inn because people get there and see how nasty it is and leave.
