Chose hotel specifically for their 24 hr airport shuttle but when I tried to arrange it at the front desk they said they didn’t have a driver. They told us to arrange for a cab with Union Cab and they would pay for it (they have an account). When the taxi arrived, the night manager Vijay refused to sign off on it and was extremely unhelpful. He refused to call the manager or someone who could approve it and we were late getting to the airport because of that.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was immaculate, comfy & large. The staff was very polite and friendly. Check in/out process was a breeze and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!!!
