clean and cute. excellent service. It is tucked away close to the Capital. Parking garage is an extra benefit

Property was modern, nice and walkable to bars, restaurants and the downtown Square

Nice hotel, decent staff, nice bar / good food - but it’s overpriced and I was woken up every single morning around 8 to housecleaning slamming things around, and generally acting with zero empathy or awareness of how much sound transfers into the rooms. Get better doors or instruct the cleaning crew to be more cognizant of their noise - I have slept better at Motel 8…

I am happy to hear you enjoyed the hotel, restaurant and staff, but really sorry to hear about this experience with housekeeping and being woken up every morning of your stay. This is certainly not our standard, and not what should be expected in any hotel experience. While I wish we would have had a chance do address this concern while you were still with us, I will certainly address it with our housekeeping team so that it doesn't happen in the future.
