Beautiful place. Thin walls
We used the place for the Madison Marathon and found it very convenient. The place was spacious and well stocked. My only issue was in the living room. You could hear everything the next-door neighbors were saying until 2 AM when they finally shut up. So if it wasn’t for that, it would be five stars, but they can’t control that so unfortunately, the walls are way too thin.

Great place in a great spot!
Really nice and spacious unit. Clean, safe, and well-maintained with a beautiful view of the lake. Property manager was responsive. The only thing was that there were three trains that went through late into the evening, right behind the property. Oh well, it certainly didn’t diminish our experience to any significant extent. We’ll be back!

Perfect location
Wanted a place near the square and this fit the bill. Lovely view of the lake just a couple blocks from the capital. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Rooftop patio was also nice. Only thing was you could hear your neighbors if they were loud. Was distracting- but overall a great place. There must have been someone with a kid above us as you could hear the Child running back and forth above us in the morning.
