Bed and bathroom were clean but property could definitely use updates. Area surrounding hotel is not great and could use some updating as well but did not feel unsafe. It was nice being that close to campus though for quick travel.

There is a definite amount of deferred maintenance. The hallways were horrible with stains and debris. I don't think there was a window that was clean except for what appeared to be a dirty rag wipe down. The 2nd floor - where the ice machine was supposedly removed - had a large hole in the ceiling and a pipe sticking out of the floor with a rag stuck into it. It was a nasty place to stay and I will never go there again. (plus the rates were doubled for an event)
