Ibu Ester Triwati yang terhormat,Sebelumnya kami ucapkan terima kasih karena selalu memilih Hotel kami sebagai tempat tinggal Ibu selama di Madiun dan meluangkan waktu untuk menulis ulasan mengenai hotel kami.Kami telah membaca detail ulasan Ibu mengenai hotel kami dan ijinkan kami memohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang ditimbulkan. Kami menyadari hal tersebut sangatlah tidak sesuai dengan harapan Ibu.Semua ulasan yang Ibu sampaikan sudah kami catat dan bawakan ke meeting internal hotel kami untuk bisa ditindak lanjuti dan di perbaiki. Terutama berkenaan temuan Ibu di bak sampah yang ada di kamar mandi, saat ini tim kamar kami sedang melakukan investigasi ke staff yang bertugas untuk membersihkan kamar Ibu pada saat itu dan akan di lakukan tindakan yang tegas karena lalai dalam pengecekan secara detail, dan juga kami akan melakukan refresh training lagi mengenai cara pengecekan secara detail untuk kamar yang disiapkan untuk para tamu kami.Sekali lagi kami memohon maaf atas ketidaknyamanan yang Ibu rasakan. Ein schönes Hotel mit Pool, Sauna und Spa. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und bietet eine riesige Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
An manchen Stellen im Hotel sind Abnutzungsspuren zu erkennen, deshalb 4 von 5 Sternen.

Not a good experience to stay in this hotel

But very happy that the staff fix it finally .
The air conditioner in breakfast restaurant is too hot .
Seems the bed has something to bit me and my son .
Some of the staff cannot speak English.
