Beau compromis

Je préfère éviter les apparthotels habituellement, mais devant le coût exorbitant des hotels madrilènes, je m'y suis résigné. Pas de réception, tout se fait par courriel et la communication est excellente. L'appartement était propre, fonctionnel et à distance de marche de plusieurs sites. Beau petit café en bas. Bob vous donnera l'option de prendre un forfait raisonnable avec eux pour le petit-déjeuner.

Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Very comfortable and excellent communication from host. Highly recommended!

숙소 자체는 좋은데, 찾기가 너무 힘들었어요

숙소 자체나 대중교통 편의는 좋았는데, 숙소를 찾을 때 숙소 이름을 알아볼 간판이 없어서 그 주변에서 15분 정도 맴맴 돌았어요. 구글 지도에선 커피숍만 가리키고.. 결국 그 커피숍 가서 물어보니 여기가 어딘지 모르겠다고 하다가 다른 손님이 주소를 보고 옆에 있다고 알려줘서 겨우 찾았어요. 저처럼 그 장소를 처음 오는 사람을 위해서라도 뭔가 바로 알아볼 수 있는 표식이 있으면 좋겠습니다.

Property was very nice. Fully contactless check in which was actually very convenient and easy. Rooms were very nice, not far from the train, and good dining nearby. The rooms had a lot of amenities for free as well. I would definitely stay here or at other Bob W properties in the future.

The shower cube in the room that we were assigned to on the first night is very tiny, in fact one of the smallest I have ever seen in all the hotels i've stayed around the world, you can barely turn and wash your body, water would overflow out of the shower cube and half of the washroom floor was wet. After reflecting to the customer service, we were reassigned to another room with a bigger shower cube, its spacious however hot water can only run for a short period, about 5-8 minutes. Other than the above issue, the stay was overall pleasant.
