Mauvaise insonorisation, bruit de rue toute la nuit.

Nous étions très étonnés de lire vos remarques sur le service reçu pendant votre séjour, surtout car celles-ci ne semblent pas reflêter les standards de service que nous nous efforçons d'assurer pour nos clients, nous ne manquerons néanmoins pas de partager vos commentaires avec nos Chefs de département pour information et ultérieure révision.

Modern, Lots of space, everything we needed in the apartment, walking distance to everything, nice balcony for breakfast. Just a tiny bit worn out. Would need a few painting touch up but otherwise, great place. I would come back if staying agin in Madrid

Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HotelsSi l’appart est bien situé , les conditions de l’établissement laisse à désirer , non seulement vous devez laisser une caution de 300€ mais aussi tout les service sont payants, il n’y a pas de ménage quotidien si vous voulez avoir une chambre propre il faut le faire vous même ( on est la pour ce reposer ou pour faire le ménage ) ou bien payer 25€ pour qu’on le fasse pour vous , si vous voulez de nouvelles serviettes dans la chambre il faut compter 5€ la paire , n’oublions pas les serviettes pour la Picine qui coûtes aussi 5€ , un bon conseil ne pas dépasser deux jours dans cette hôtel sinon vous allez payé plusieurs extra pour rien , ou mieux encore il y a plusieurs appart hôtel dans le coin avec un meilleur qualité prix comme la chaîne d’appart smart hôtel .

This block is made to ensure the proper use of the flat spaces and within Gran View, in the event that everything is correct this amount will be refunded.We would also like to point out that we work as apartments, we are not a hotel, so we do not have daily cleaning, change of towels nor sheets. Gens accueillant, très propre, la vue sur le toit magnifique.

L appartement était très propre à notre arrivée bien que vieillissant. Il est très bien placé. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied.
Il était lumineux et un kit d entretien est donné à l arrivée. Il était prêt à notre arrivée.
Ce que nous avons regretté : la piscine était fermée (ouverte que l été !) / des odeurs désagréables dans une des salles de bain.

We regret that the opening hours of the pool did not meet your expectations. We do however, as indicated on our website, have a swimming pool that is only open during the summer, as it is outdoors. Super hotel
Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HotelsHôtel idéalement situé en plein cœur de Madrid. Les appartements sont grands et propres, et très bien équipés. Les équipes à la réception sont à l’écoute et sont très efficaces (conseils, réservations navette aéroport…)
Les petits déjeuner proposés sous forme de box sont copieux et très bons.
À savoir, les appartements sont très lumineux (la nuit aussi), et les bruits de la rue sont assez audibles (sirène de police pompiers, klaxon) mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé

Belle vue sur Madrid

Très bel appartement mais impossible de dormir tellement la localisation de l'hôtel est peuplée de voitures, de camions poubelle, de livraison etc.
Je précise que nous l'avions pourtant pas une chambre donnant sur l'avenue:
3 nuits blanches!
