This is a convenient and friendly hotel. Each floor has a unique design, but without compromising convenience for "creativity". The staff is iinvariably helpful and responsive - with both internal hotel matters and outside bookings and recommendations. Not in the very center of the city. Yet, the hotel is just a 15 mins trip from the airport and it has a short and easy public transport, walking and taxi connection to the central parts of Madrid, as well as to various parks and attractions around town.

Our new go-to hotel in Madrid
It was our first time at Hotel Puerta de America and we loved it! We enjoyed grabbing a meal and drinks with friends on the rooftop. We also appreciated the excellence of the housekeeping staff. Every day, we would come back to a room that was immaculately clean and stocked with fresh towels & bathroom amenities. The bed was also spacious and super comfy. We’ll definitely be back!

We have a great week at the hotel, was beautiful and with close access to the metro. Employees were friendly and assisted at all times, buffet area was great and my family enjoy the hotel. Dont let them book you the Star Wars floor
They put us on a floor called Star Wars. The room was so bare it was like staying in a YMCA. My wife booked this as a treat as she stayed there in the summer and said it was a luxurious hotel. The rest of the hotel was luxurious. Our room definitely wasn’t.

Definitely a futurist hotel. Looks really good and all the floors are unique and differents. Overall the room was clean, but the carpet was very dirty, which was unpleasant. Also, maybe the rooms should come with some instructions, cause we found it super complicated to adjust the AC.. We couldn't figure it out, and after multiple attempts, decided to call staff for help. Overall great experience! Also the restaurant has really good food, and their sweet sureau was fire!

My hotel for a short stay in Madrid. The hotel is nice, with interesting room designs from renowned architects. Little bmol, no complimentary tea/coffee and water only on the day of arrival. So if you are looking for a slightly quirky comfortable hotel, this is a great choice.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the hotel, room was super comfy and well laid out. Would have been nice to visit the top floor but it was closed during our stay. Short walk to metro station made it easy to get in to the centre.

No airport shuttle
Beautiful rooms. We were on the 11th floor. Buffet breakfast is really impressive. But it said that there was a airport shuttle and there is none. Taxi was 33€ (fixed price). This hotel is far from everything!! They do have a restaurant on site but if ever i m in Madrid again I wouldn’t stay here just because there isn’t anything close

A great hotel located near metro station. The room was clean and well designed although was tired in some places, some of the furniture could do with replacing and the carpet too. Excellent staff and very attentive. Breakfast was great too , lots of choices, hot and cold selection, fresh fruit was delicious. I would definitely stay here again and love to experience a room on a different floor as each one is themed different - some very crazy but brilliant designs.

Receptionist was friendly. Lovely hotel both in and out - great concept for each floor ! Would've been nice the pool was open as it was still hot. View was amazing, food delicious and server was soo lovely as we were the only two ladies left towards end of closing
